Orientation Schedule

If you cannot attend your volunteer orientation meeting...
We request that all volunteers make every effort to attend their orientation, however if you cannot attend please follow the options below. Please note there will not be an informative presentation at the alternative pick-up options.

1. Inform your committee chair that you will not be able to attend. (Do not attend an orientation other than your own).

2. Visit the Volunteer Centre at St. George’s Golf and Country Club on Saturday, July 17th between 10am - 4pm to pick up your volunteer package. There will not be any parking available at the club. Parking will be available (on this day only) at St. George’s Junior School at 70 Princess Anne Crescent. After parking, volunteers will walk the short distance to the Volunteer Centre.

3. If you will not arrive in town before July 17th please use your volunteer newsletter as 'one-time' entry to the volunteer
parking lot Monday, July 19th to Wednesday, July 21st during championship week. The volunteer shuttle will then take you directly to the volunteer drop point at St. George’s Junior School where you will be able to pick up your volunteer package from the volunteer services committee, before going through admissions.

**Scoring volunteers will be notified in May as to whether they are Laser or Walking scorers; shotlink training will take place immediately following the orientation meeting
