Golf Canada App
The Golf Canada App is the hub for all things related to the RBC Canadian Open.
Features include:
- Leaderboard and pairings: Stay up-to-date with access to a live leaderboard and tee times

- Ticket management: Access your mobile tickets for the tournament

Fan Services

For those new to golf, the RBC Canadian Open, or simply want to know where to go and what to do on site, be sure to speak with an RBC Canadian Open ambassador waiting to greet you inside main admissions. Ambassadors will be able to answer any questions you may have, as well as guide you to a course map to assist with directions.
Security
The tournament security office can be found in the main parking lot near the driving range. Security staff and OPP personnel can be found throughout the property.
First Aid
If you require medical assistance, first aid tents can be found at three locations around the course.
- Left side of the 12th fairway
- Left side of The Rink (14th Hole)
- Beside the driving range
In addition to the tournament medical trailer in the main parking lot.
Paramedics can also be found throughout the golf course in marked first aid golf carts.
Water Stations
Free water bottle refilling stations can be found throughout the course at the following locations:
- The Fare Way featuring The Keg
- Near the 1st tee
Washrooms
Washrooms will be located throughout the course at the following locations:
- 1st tee
- 1st green
- 7th tee
- The Rink (14th hole)
- 17th tee
- The Fare Way featuring The Keg
Lost and Found
If you’ve lost an item, head over to the Tickets & Will Call Tent at the North Admissions Gate located by the 12th Green to find the Lost and Found. After the event has concluded, all lost and found items are brought to the reception desk at the Host Club.
Complimentary Wi-Fi
To enhance your experience on-site at the RBC Canadian Open, the tournament will offer complimentary Wi-Fi at specific locations, please check back later for exact locations.
Concessions

Concessions located throughout the course allow fans to purchase food and beverage. They will operate from the course opening until the conclusion of play.
Concession are located at:
- 1st tee
- 2nd tee
- 4th tee
- 13th green
- The Rink (14th hole)
- The Fare Way featuring The Keg
Weather
PGA TOUR meteorology staff will be onsite monitoring weather conditions at all times. The RBC Canadian Open will communicate important safety information to fans through special alerts that will appear on all leader boards, video boards, CCTV and via push notifications. Please read all alerts and follow safety instructions. In general, an alert shown in BLUE or YELLOW is being posted for general awareness while ORANGE indicates that fans should be prepared to take action. An Alert shown in RED poses an imminent threat and will require immediate action as stated in the Alert.
Weather Advisory (Blue): A Weather Advisory will be posted to alert fans of specific weather conditions that will require certain precautions.
Weather Watch (Yellow): A Weather Watch may be posted to alert fans that dangerous weather is possible, and they should be prepared to take shelter or return to their vehicles.
Weather Warning (Orange): A Weather Warning may be posted to alert fans that dangerous weather is approaching and they should be prepared to take shelter or return to their vehicles.
Weather Warning (Red): A Weather Warning may be posted to alert fans that dangerous weather is imminent, and they should take immediate action to ensure their safety, including exiting all grandstands. A suspension of play for dangerous conditions will be indicated by one prolonged air-horn blast. In the event of a suspension of play, all structures including hospitality, grandstands and other spaces will be cleared immediately. Spectators will be asked to leave the golf course & will be notified when they are eligible to return. If lightning is detected, please avoid open areas, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, golf carts and wire fences, and seek shelter immediately. Play will resume as soon as conditions allow.
Emergencies & Evacuation
In case of emergencies and evacuation to ensure safety, guests will be shuttled back to their respective parking lot.
I am a volunteer, where do I go to ensure safety?
Competition Support Volunteers (those who are involved in restarting play) will take shelter at the volunteer center (Building to the North of the Heathlands Clubhouse). All other volunteers will be shuttled to the Caledon Fairgrounds to return to their car.
My child got lost in the crowd on the course. Where will my child be brought to when we find them?
Any lost person, including children, will be taken to the Security trailer onsite located near the main parking lot.
