ACCESSIBILITY
The RBC Canadian Open is committed to being an inclusive and accessible event, and we are continually working to enhance our efforts to ensure every spectator can fully enjoy everything the tournament has to offer. We welcome and value all feedback and suggestions from our guests. Below, you’ll find an outline of the services provided this year. As our venue changes annually, each location brings its own unique challenges, and we adapt accordingly to address these environmental factors.

Accessibility Services Centres
The Accessibility Services Committee HQ will be based between the practice facility and 1st tee. A satellite location will be located just inside main admissions.

- Learn about other accessibility services
Wheelchair Accessibility
There are accessible pathways that connect parking, event entrances, the Clubhouse area including the practice range, most holes on the course, restrooms, food and beverage and other amenities. Additionally, we encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. We have specialized carts available to accommodate wheelchairs and mobile devices. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at either of the Accessibility Services Tents onsite. Guests should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. Please note: we will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
Parking
Due to limited parking availability, we encourage visitors who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices to access the designated tournament accessible parking spaces located within the MTO Carpool Area on Highway 10 (18147 ON-10, Caledon Village, ON L7K 0X7).

For visitors who are ambulatory, please use either the Red or Blue spectator parking lot. Spaces will be reserved next to the shuttle pick-up point to minimize walking distance.
Washrooms
Accessible washrooms will be available at each washroom bank throughout the site. In addition, a ramped washroom trailer will be stationed at the Accessibility Services Committee HQ. Accessibility Shuttles
An accessibility shuttle will be available for our guests with disabilities who need transportation within the venue. Pick-up locations include:
- Main Admissions
- 9 Green/18 Green
- 1st Tee/Practice Facility
- The Fare Way featuring The Keg
- 12 Green
Typical wait times may be as long as 30 minutes due to heavy demand. Persons requiring shuttle accommodation must register at the Accessibility Services Tent to get a wristband that will allow shuttle access. Each user will be allowed one support person to also receive a wristband and shuttle access.
AODA Viewing Areas
There will be AODA Viewing Areas made available to guests with disabilities to have unobstructed sight lines on some of the most popular parts of the course. Accessible Viewing Areas will be located at the following locations:
- Hole 12 Green – wheelchair viewing platform
- Hole 18 Green – wheelchair viewing platform
Seating in these areas is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Additional Services
- Concessions: Many concessions are accessible and located throughout the venue. If assistance is required, please confer with a concessions manager.
- First Aid: We have First Aid stations noted on the course maps and mobile app. Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at these locations.
- Special Dietary Needs: The Fare Way will offer gluten-free dietary options.
- Admissions: If a guest with a disability requires assistance at the RBC Canadian Open, they will receive complimentary admission for their support person upon presentation of an Access 2 Card. The RBC Canadian Open uses the same definition of “disability” as the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (A.O.D.A.), which includes both visible and non-visible disabilities.
